Delicious & Nutritious Quality Grass Fed Beef

100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished! Eating a fast food burger most likely tastes good and gives you a good feeling for a few minutes, but you most likely don't feel vibrant and ready to take on life after you eat it. That's because the beef was fed processed grains and other "stuff". When you eat a burger that was grass fed and finished, your body will thank you starting with your taste buds, all the way to your cells which will get nutrients that allow them to function in peak condition.

Lean and Healthy! A good steak has nice marbling or fat throughout. This gives it that buttery, smooth taste. Fat can also hold a lot of nutrients. Eating meat that was raised with the highest nutritional content gives you not only that true velvety taste you've likely never had before, but the fat is actually good for you! It doesn't have anything unnatural that it doesn't know how to process in it. You know, "fake food" that it would never have eaten in its natural environment.

Small Producer! We are a small family farm that cares for the animals on a daily basis. Compare this to a large factory farms or feedlots that push thousands of animals through each year.

Consistent supply of beef you TRUST!  Know where and how your food is raised. Can you say that about the meat in the grocery stores?

Humanely Raised Animals! Our animals are raised on pasture, never confined or kept in cages. Healthier animals don't need added hormones or antibiotics. They simply have healthier constitutions and create a healthier product. Our animals are able to be social (yes, cows are social animals!), experience the sun, fresh air, and freedom. What you get from Dry Fork Creek Farms is a product that hasn't been inundated with hormones or antibiotics. You can actually see the quality difference.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are any hormones or antibiotics fed to the cattle?

NO!  Our cattle receive NO growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. We don't want any of those things in our food, either! Our cattle are healthy and don't need them.

Is your beef grass-fed and grass-finished?

Dry Fork Creek Farms’ cattle are grass fed from birth and grass finished before processing. They graze wild grasses and legumes from our pastures through the growing season and are supplemented with high quality dry hay for a few months in the winter.

Are your cattle raised in a feedlot?

Never. Our cattle spend their lives out on pasture grazing.

What do Dry Fork Creek Farms’ cattle eat?

After the calves are weaned from the cow, our calves are raised solely on the variety of native grasses, forbs, and legumes that grow on our farm. For any winter needs, we supplement with hay and also stockpile our pastures for winter grazing.  This means that our cattle are often still grazing grass that provides excellent nutrition during the winter months.  Our cattle are eating a similar diet year after year that results in beef with a consistent taste.

Where are your animals processed?

We get our meat processed at M&M Meats in Perryville, Missouri. M&M is a well established U.S.D.A. inspected facility and reputable in our community.

How do you ship your meat frozen?

We guarantee your order to arrive fully frozen no matter where you live. We ship with an insulated box liner and dry ice to keep your beef frozen.

What if I'm not home when my box arrives?

We recommend opening it and putting your meat in the freezer as soon as possible.  We will always pack extra dry ice in case you're not around. It should stay frozen until you get home that day.
